I am a Life Transition and Empowerment Coach passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, discover their purpose, and create meaningful change. My professional background in case management, vocational support, caregiving, and client advocacy has allowed me to support people from diverse backgrounds as they overcome obstacles, build confidence, and achieve greater independence.

Beyond my professional experience, I serve as an Outreach Resource Coordinator within my church community, where I help connect individuals and families to resources, support services, and opportunities for personal growth. My faith has been a guiding force throughout my life, and I am knowledgeable in spirituality and committed to serving others with compassion, grace, and understanding.

My journey into coaching was shaped by my own experiences of growth, healing, perseverance, and self-discovery.
