Derrick Molden is a seasoned professional with a rich background in corrections and personal development. After dedicating 20 years to the Connecticut Department of Corrections, where he served as a warden, Derrick transitioned into consultancy. He specializes in delivering curriculum focused on emotional regulation and trains coaches to implement programs emphasizing trauma and cognitive behavioral theory.
Derrick has facilitated numerous groups aimed at helping individuals discover their purpose and enhance self-development. Additionally, he has coached athletes, guiding them to achieve mental and physical balance in their lives. A proud graduate of Springfield College, Derrick holds a baccalaureate degree from Springfield College’s school of social work and behavioral sciences as well as life coaching certification from the IAP College.
Derrick firmly believes that with a commitment to oneself, achieving and maintaining great inner peace and balance is not only possible but essential for personal growth.
