Shaconna fosters a therapeutic environment that emphasizes intensive support for adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with individuals across a broad spectrum of diagnoses, as well as those navigating significant life transitions. Shaconna holds a master’s degree in Counseling from Post University, equipping her with a solid foundation in psychological principles and effective therapeutic techniques.

 

Specializing in helping individuals recognize and transform distorted thoughts that contribute to maladaptive behaviors, Shaconna guides her clients toward healthier lifestyles and improved mental well-being. She employs various therapeutic modalities, including Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

 

Her primary goal is to empower and uplift her clients, assisting them in navigating their personal journeys toward wellness and overall improved quality of life.
