Her role will be to collaborate with you to set personalized goals, explore reasoning behind experienced challenges, and help you utilize your strengths to overcome difficulties. Alongside you, she will help you explore not only the "what" but also to dig deep and understand the "why" of your life challenges, as well as your life's themes and patterns.
Whether she is working with an individual adult, adolescent, child, or the parents of a child client, her style is relational, empathic, strengths-based, interactive, collaborative, culturally-sensitive and client-centered. If you are new to therapy or have engaged in therapy previously, you will work together to make this experience engaging and productive.
