Jessica Casseus is a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with extensive experience in outpatient therapy and school social work, including in-home services, outpatient clinics, and one-on-one settings. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College.

Jessica specializes in supporting clients between the ages of 10 and 25, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, academic stress, and social-emotional difficulties. She has a deep understanding of the unique needs of children, adolescents, and young adults, and is passionate about guiding them toward emotional well-being and personal growth.


Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and a strengths-based perspective. Jessica believes that therapy is one of the most valuable investments a person can make in themselves and views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership.


She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build on their existing strengths. Jessica works alongside her clients to identify root causes, set meaningful goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan that fosters healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.
