Ivana received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2020 and went on to earn
a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph in 2025.
She has experience working with individuals across various age groups, including children,
adolescents, and adults, in a range of therapeutic and community settings, including halfway
houses, group homes, and schools.
In her clinical practice, Ivana utilizes a person-centered and integrative approach, drawing from
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based
strategies, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. She has
supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum
Disorder, anger management, marital and family issues, addiction and substance use,
adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, and postpartum concerns.
As a faith-based clinician, Ivana believes in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and
spirit—while fostering growth, healing, and empowerment in a safe, compassionate
environment. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, discover purpose, and
create meaningful change in their lives.
