Amanda is an Associate License Marriage and Family Therapist. Amanda obtained her Master’s Degree from Central Connecticut State University. Amanda is a dedicated therapist with experience working closely with adolescents and adults who have experienced significant trauma. Through her training and clinical experience, she effectively supports clients facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, behavioral difficulties, and symptoms related to trauma exposure. Amanda provides talk therapy and integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory to help clients navigate their experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and validated. With warmth and empathy, Amanda helps individuals explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward healing and personal growth.
